C.J. MacLellan & Associates, under the direction of the Dept. of Fisheries & Oceans - Small Craft Harbours, carried out pre-construction soundings to determine optimum location and alignment of a proposed concrete launching ramp.  Our duties included preparation of tender documents including construction drawings, specifications and invitation to tender forms.  Responsibilities also entailed the start up meeting, work layout and on-site construction supervision.
