CJMac is the prime consultant on the construction of the StoraEnso Stores Warehouse, located in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia.  This office is responsible for on-site supervision and managing all aspects of design and construction.

The building itself is approximately 55,000 ft² (5,100 m²).  C.J. MacLellan & Associates Inc. provided all aspects of engineering.  Teamed with the Fowler, Bauld & Mitchell Architectural team out of Halifax, and Nova Dynamics Ltd., out of New Glasgow, the design process was completed and construction began in May 2003.

Above is a model of the structural steel framing of the warehouse.  This model is created with a structural analysis program known as S-FRAME.  The picture is showing various moment diagrams on steel members, which is only one of many criterion that must be satisfied in design.
