C.J. MacLellan & Associates conducted wastewater investigation in the fall of 2000 for the 60 home community of Pomquet, it included a homeowner survey and a topographic survey of the area.  Subsequently designed an innovative collection/conveyance system using Small Diameter Gravity Sewer and Low Pressure Forcemains to cut capital costs by approximately 45% over conventional systems.

Direction drilling technologies were used for road undercrossings and for the 400m long 150mm diameter HDPE outfall.  The "Built Out" systems was sized for 130 m³/d and is treated by a Sequential Batch Reactor designed by team specialists ABL Environmental Consultants.  An exterior picture of the treatment facility is shown above.  The system went into service in late 2002.
