C.J. MacLellan & Associates provided pre-construction (on-site) assessments of three existing timber crib wharves, a timber board walk, a proposed double concrete launching facility, service area paving and a new electrical system to service the three reconstructed wharves.  Project construction was carried out in 1998 under our firm's construction inspection.  Responsibilities included material take-offs, cost estimates, construction drawings and on-site supervision.
