On June 22, 2001 the Town of Guysborough had a grand opening of it's Waterfront project. C.J. MacLellan & Associates Inc. completed the Design and Construction Inspection services for the Market Building, Marina Building, and the Breakwater and Marina facilities.
A large crowd of about 300 were on hand for the celebration. People gathered on the bleachers as well as on the outdoor deck of the microbrewery building which forms an integral adjunct to the Waterfront Development Project.
