C.J. MacLellan & Associates, in a joint venture with UMA Engineering, conducted a comprehensive wastewater flow gauging and sampling program in the Industrial Cape Breton area for the N.S. Department of Municipal Affairs.  The data is considered critical to enable the development of design concepts for wastewater interceptors and treatment facilities.
