C.J. MacLellan & Associates, in partnership with Impact Management Services, conducted a feasibility study for a seasonal ferry service between Canso and Isle Madame. Our firm completed the traffic analysis, ridership projections, shore side infrastructure requirements, and ferry sizing alternatives. Revenue and capital/operating cost tables were developed for several scenarios. The final report was issued in 1997.
