C.J. MacLellan & Associates provided engineering design, field services and contract administration for construction of a 6,000 cubic metre gunite reservoir and a 3,600 cubic metre steel reservoir together with appurtenances and  connecting pipes. The taller reservoir has a height of 18 metres and both tanks were intended to float on the Utility's water pressure without pumping.
