District of Guysborough Water and
Waste Water Management Strategy

MacLellan & Associates Inc. recently completed a draft report on the
findings of detailed investigations in 10 rural communities to prioritize the
need for improved water supplies and waste water collection treatment systems.
This study considered over 500 homes with individual contact with the residents.
Feasible solutions were developed and presented. W.G. Shaw & Associates,
ABL Environmental and the 4-site Group assisted in the year long study.
