Guysborough Waterfront Development

Aspects included consideration of a number of breakwater options as well as shoreside infrastructure and buildings integrating with the historic Jost Properties. Final design include a floating breakwater, 32 slip marina, shoreside buildings, fueling facility, and various associated infrastructure. Completed construction inspection and contract administration in 2001.
